We love hearing about your questions, so please keep them coming. Today we will share our daily meal plan: Breakfast: Amarant granola with fruits, wholemilkpowder and Rapseedoil. Peronin, a power protein shake from www.trekkingmahlzeiten.de Throughout the day per person: 3x Viba fruitbars, 1x Amaranth chocolate bar, 1 pack of trekking cookies, 1 Thermosfoodcontainer with 500ml Thai Kitchen Noodle Soup with Rapseedoil, 3x xocai chocolates. Evening/dinner: 1X Beef Jerkey, 1 freeze dried main course out of a choice of 5. We just add warm water to it, as well as oil to get in more calories. 1 bar of Kinderschokolade. Sometimes dessert, and if, then a choice of Mousse au Chocolat, Batida de Coco or Blueberry sauce, all from www.trekkingmahlzeiten.de . We cook and melt all our water on a MSR XGK EX whitegas stove. We have one specially made pot by Dieter's dad to melt snow and one for mixing meals. Per Person we have 2x 1 Liter Thermos and we usually drink water, sometimes herbal tea.
